2024 Summer Camp Information

- Camp is best suited for children/teens ages 7 and up. Other ages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- This camp is a great time for high school students working on AP or college portfolios to have work time and get valuable artist & educator feedback.
- A deposit of $100 is required to book a seat for summer camp. This deposit can only be refunded as a class credit. No cash/charge/Venmo/PayPal/Zelle refunds available. The camp balance ($140) is due on or before a student's first scheduled camp day.
- Supplies are included. This may not be the case for extreme circumstances and very unusual project requests.
- Camp will be held on MOST Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 9am-12pm. Appointments are required; no drop-ins allowed. To ensure you have a seat, please schedule at least 10 days in advance.
- Again this year!!! Pay for a week of camp and spread your days throughout the summer! I will work with you to book the best five days for you!
- Early Drop-Off (8:30-9:00am) and Late Pick-Up (12:00-12:30pm) are available for an extra fee.

- Parents will be sent a registration form to complete with the student so that I can plan their personalized curriculum. Every camper has a different plan!
- Your learner's seat will be reserved for the dates you requested after the $100 deposit is received. Seats will be reserved in the order that registration forms and deposits are received.
- In the event a student cannot make a scheduled session, cancellation via contact with Cara is required at least 24 hours in advance of camp start time. Cancellations that do not fall outside of the 24-hour time frame may be subject to a No-Show/Late Cancellation fee.
